These illustrations were for the Folio society competition. The brief was to illustrate three shortstories, which all were some kind of ghost stories. I'm quite pleased with these, it was nice to try something new.

I'm really excited of this technique,  I'm making all the textures myself (using inktense pencils, acrylic, guass etc..) and it's loads of fun.

Quick sketches for my major project. I will develop these sketches in to 3d  pieces or trying other techniques, such as paper cut or screen print creating more finished looking illustrations.

So, as I told on my previous post I went to Copenhagen for couple of days with my lovely illustrator friend Laura. And what a trip! The city was so amazing and full of inspiration! These are just few of my sketchbook illustrations from there :)

Sometimes even when I'm really happy with some drawings (like with this one) I can't use it for what I was going to...This one was going to be on the cover of "Lamb to the Slaughter" (summer project) but she looks too different than on the spread and single illustrations..
